Sits in a system tray, cliques on an icon, and a window appears with the buttons for the start of the select programs, thus window not simple, but a lot of insets, that allows to distribute the programs on categories... An interface has the flexible tuning - it is possible to change the sizes of the buttons, appoint hotkeys and other. The program looks something like the standard panels of Windows, but differs tem, that allows to place labels on the special thematic book-marks - Media, Internet and etc For creation of the buttons it is possible to use both the mechanism of drag-n-drop and to do it by hand - in the special windows.
