Note - most WWII Navy fighters are NOT included (F-4U, F-4F, F-6F etc.), but most Navy jet fighters ARE included (F-1, F-9F, F-11 etc). It also has on the insides of the front and back covers scale line drawings of all the aircraft in the book.

One of the most common images of German Armour in the combat footage taken by Goebbel's propaganda cameramen in the second half of the war in Europe, was the Assault Gun or 'Sturmgeschutz' (abbr. Stug). From 1942 onwards it was increasingly employed as a tank destroyer, but its origin lay not in that role but in a 1936 order for an armoured infantry support vehicle. The frequency with which assault guns are filmed in action from 1944 onwards, illustrates the manner to which this vehicle was employed as a substitute for the Panzers. By the war's end assault gun units claimed the destruction of no less than 20,000 allied tanks.

He has been trained in all the killing skills and none of the human ones, which is why the young woman Nika (Olga Kurylenko) is such a challenge for him. A prostitute held in slavery by the drug-dealing brother of the Russian president, she follows him, obeys him, offers herself to him and, although he remains distant, 47 cannot remain indifferent. Agent 47 is in Russia on a job: Assassinate Belicoff (Ulrich Thomsen), the president. This he thinks he does. Yet Belicoff appears in public almost immediately after the hit, alive and speaking. How did this happen? An Interpol agent named Mike (Dougray Scott) is just as puzzled: "My man doesn't miss."
