Sits in a system tray, cliques on an icon, and a window appears with the buttons for the start of the select programs, thus window not simple, but a lot of insets, that allows to distribute the programs on categories... An interface has the flexible tuning - it is possible to change the sizes of the buttons, appoint hotkeys and other.
